Grief & Loss Group for Adults

The grief and loss group is a 10 week processing group on Mondays at 4-5 pm at the In Luck Counseling Office on 92 Main Street, Suite 201 Room 5 facilitated by Deborah Vara, MA, Resident Counselor. The group will focus on the personal decision to process grief and loss, griever's rights, setbacks, the 6 stages of grief, self-care, and coping strategies for managing grief. Deborah will use a grief and loss book based on the work of Stephanie Jose, LHMC, LCAT, one of many tools she has used.

Art Therapy Groups Now Forming

Worry Less and Live More

Facilitated by Angelica Bigsby, Resident in counseling, ATR-provisional

Our Art Therapy Group is a closed group with a four-week duration timeframe designed to help pre-teens and teens learn how to manage their anxiety.

Topics will include: identifying triggers, fostering coping skills, setting limits, and discovering personal strengths. All art materials will be provided. No prior art experience is required.

Pre-Teen Group for ages 11-13 offered on

Tuesdays 5 pm - 6 pm

Teen Group for ages 14-19) offered on

Tuesdays 6 pm - 7 pm
